1. Information We Collect
We collect what you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, company name and project details, whenever you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or email us at info@webnxglobal.com.
We also collect a limited amount of technical information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring URL, mainly through cookies and analytics tools.
If you apply for a role with us, we collect what's in your application: resume, work history and contact details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and keep you updated on your project.
Technical and analytics data helps us understand how people actually use the site, fix what's broken, and improve performance and content.
We may use your contact details to send the occasional update about our services, unless you tell us you'd rather not hear from us.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Full stop.
We share information with the service providers who help us run the business, things like hosting, email delivery, analytics, spam protection on our forms and payment processing, and only to the extent needed for them to do that job. Some of them, including Google and Microsoft, process data outside your country; where that involves personal data leaving the UK or EEA it relies on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we'd notify affected users where required.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the site is used and support analytics.
We use two third party tools for this. Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit and how they found us. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including anonymised recordings of mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, so we can see where a page is confusing. Clarity masks text you type by default, and we do not use either tool to identify you personally.
Both tools set their own cookies and are governed by their providers' privacy policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
These start on by default, and a banner lets you switch them off. Your choice is remembered on your device, and you can change it whenever you like using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Separately, our contact and quote forms are protected by hCaptcha, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To do that it processes your IP address, browser and device information and how you interact with the check, and it sets its own cookies. This one is not optional and is not covered by the banner: without it the forms would be filled by spam within days. hCaptcha is run by Intuition Machines and its use is governed by their privacy policy and terms.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Turning them off may affect how some parts of the site work.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we genuinely need it: to deliver our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Nothing longer than that.
Project data for active or past clients is generally kept for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period after, in line with our contractual and legal obligations.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information sent to us, no one honestly can.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict how we use your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by just telling us directly.
8. International Data Transfers
We're based in Ahmedabad, India, and work with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. Information you give us may be processed and stored in India or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to keep appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are built for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and our services aren't directed at anyone under the age of 16.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may link out to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices or content, so it's worth checking their own policies separately.
11. Changes to This Policy
