IT Support
IT Support That Stays Ahead
Most IT trouble builds quietly for weeks before it breaks something at the worst possible moment. We cover managed services, remote support, helpdesk, server management, database administration and IT consulting, all under one team and one point of contact, so nothing falls into the gap between vendors.

What We Cover
Six IT disciplines, one accountable team
Waiting for something to break is not a strategy. We work prevention-first, monitoring ahead of incidents and maintaining ahead of failures, across the full operational layer of your business technology.
Managed IT Services
Your infrastructure watched around the clock, patched on schedule, and backed up with proof it actually works. We carry the day-to-day so you never have to build an in-house team to do it.
Learn moreRemote IT Support
A broken login, a locked-out laptop, a connectivity issue at 9am on a deadline day, we take the call and fix it remotely. Most sessions close before your coffee goes cold.
Learn moreHelpdesk Services
A structured front line for your whole team: password resets, software installs, account issues. Every ticket is logged, owned and closed inside a response time we commit to in writing.
Learn moreServer Management
On-premises, cloud or a mix of both, provisioned, patched and performance-tuned so your servers stay boring in the best possible way. Incidents get a response, not a surprise.
Learn moreDatabase Administration
Slow queries, backup gaps and access sprawl caught early across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and MSSQL. We tune, monitor and scale the layer your whole application depends on.
Learn moreIT Consulting
Straight advice on cloud migration, vendor choices, disaster recovery and where your infrastructure is heading, weighed against what your business actually needs, not a sales quota.

How We Work
Our IT support process
Good IT support starts with actually understanding your environment, closes gaps before they turn into incidents, and settles into a coverage model that matches how your business really operates. Seven steps, from onboarding through to ongoing operations.
- 01
Environment Audit
We map everything you run today: servers, services, databases, user accounts, backups. You get it back in writing, including what exists, what is missing, and where the real risk sits.
- 02
Risk & Gap Assessment
Unmonitored services, unverified backups, ageing systems, single points of failure, we rank them by what actually threatens the business and tell you honestly what needs fixing first.
- 03
Onboarding & Access Setup
Access is set up properly before anything else runs: monitoring agents deployed, documentation updated, escalation paths agreed. Nothing moves in your environment without you knowing.
- 04
Monitoring & Baseline
Monitoring goes live across every agreed system, and we record what normal performance looks like so an anomaly gets caught the moment it happens, not after it becomes an outage.
- 05
Proactive Maintenance
Patching, database maintenance, backup verification and capacity checks run on a set cycle. We surface issues while they are still cheap to fix, not after they interrupt your day.
- 06
Incident Response
When something does break, it follows a defined path: triage, containment, resolution, then a written summary of what happened and why. You stay informed the whole way through.
- 07
Reporting & Review
Monthly reports cover uptime, incidents, tickets closed and maintenance completed. Longer-term clients get a quarterly review to check the environment still matches the business.
Why WebNX
An IT team that prevents problems instead of reacting to them
Reactive IT is the expensive kind: downtime costs more than prevention, emergency fixes cost more than scheduled maintenance, and a security incident costs more than both put together. Our model is built to catch problems before your team or your customers do. We monitor proactively, maintain on schedule, and flag issues before they become yours to deal with.
Get a Free IT Audit-
We know your environment before anything breaks
Every engagement opens with a full environment audit. When an incident does happen, we are not learning your systems under pressure, we already know exactly where everything lives.
-
A time zone that works while you sleep
Our Ahmedabad team's working day overlaps US, UK and Canada hours and covers your overnight. Issues that surface after you log off are often already fixed before you log back in.
-
No ticket disappears into a queue
Every ticket carries a response time commitment and a status you can see. Nothing sits unassigned. You always know who owns it and roughly when you will hear back.
-
Backups that are proven, not assumed
We do not configure a backup job and walk away. Restores are tested and logged on a schedule, because a backup nobody has restored is just a file that might work.
-
Software development and IT under one roof
We also build custom software and web applications, so our IT engineers understand the full stack. Application-level issues never get stuck between two vendors pointing fingers.
-
Security is the baseline, not an upsell
Access control, patch management, endpoint protection and audit logging are built into how we manage every environment by default, not a package you have to ask for separately.
-
Documentation that stays yours
Architecture diagrams, runbooks, vaulted credentials, backup schedules, incident history, all documented as we go. If you ever move on, you take the full picture with you.
-
Honest advice over upselling
If your infrastructure is holding up fine, we say so. If it needs work, we explain the cost and the urgency plainly. Every recommendation is weighed against your needs, not a sales target.
Questions, answered
IT support, answered honestly
How much does managed IT support cost?
Helpdesk support typically starts around ₹40,000/month, while full managed services can range from ₹1,50,000 to ₹5,00,000+ per month depending on team size and support needs. Every plan is clearly scoped and quoted upfront.
Can you manage IT for companies outside India?
Yes. We support clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and India. Remote support and managed services work across any geography, and we do not need to be on-site to manage servers, monitor infrastructure or run your helpdesk.
What is the difference between managed IT services and remote IT support?
Remote support is reactive, you call when something breaks. Managed services are proactive, we monitor continuously and catch a lot of issues before you ever notice them. Most businesses end up wanting both together.
Can you take over support from our current provider without disrupting operations?
Yes. The handover is structured: we pull documentation, audit the environment and get monitoring running before we take on responsibility. Most transitions are invisible to your end users when it is done right.
Do you manage cloud infrastructure, or only on-premises environments?
Both, and hybrid setups too. We manage AWS and Azure, including EC2, RDS, S3 and CloudWatch, alongside on-premises Windows Server and Linux. Plenty of clients run a mix, and we cover it under one engagement.
What does database administration actually include?
Performance monitoring, slow query fixes, index maintenance, backup scheduling, access control and capacity planning. As you grow, we also handle scaling calls like read replicas, partitioning and caching, across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL and Redis.
How quickly do you respond to IT incidents?
Critical incidents, services down or data at risk, get a response within one hour. High-severity issues within four hours. Standard helpdesk requests within one business day. We track and report response times every month.
Can you help us plan or execute a move to the cloud?
Yes. We audit your environment, map what should move, flag the risks, and hand over a written migration plan with a timeline and a cost estimate. We will also tell you plainly if your current setup does not need to move at all.
What RMM and helpdesk tools do you use, and can you work with what we already have?
We work with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Management and most common RMM platforms. If you already have tools in place, we integrate with those instead of asking you to switch, and everything we configure gets documented.
Do you offer a fixed-price contract or bill hourly?
Most engagements run on a monthly fixed fee covering a defined scope: servers, users, databases and service tier. Helpdesk can be a block of hours or an unlimited-ticket SLA. Anything outside scope gets quoted separately, upfront.
How do you handle security incidents or suspected breaches?
We triage immediately, contain the damage, preserve evidence, remediate, then deliver a written post-incident summary. For managed clients, endpoint protection and patch management are already part of the baseline, which shrinks both the odds and the impact.
What does onboarding look like, and how long does it take?
Two to four weeks, typically. Week one is access setup and monitoring deployment. Week two establishes baselines and verifies backups. By week four, proactive maintenance is running and you get a written onboarding summary.
Ready for IT support that catches problems before they catch you?
Tell us about your current environment, your team size, and what has been causing the most pain. You will get an honest read on what needs attention and what a managed engagement would look like, usually within one business day.
