The cost of neglect

Is your website quietly becoming a liability?

Most website problems are preventable. If any of these are true of your site right now, the risk sitting underneath is bigger than it looks.

06 risk points we close on every maintained site
  1. 01

Plugins and software quietly falling behind

Outdated WordPress plugins, PHP versions and npm packages are the number one way sites get compromised. Most hacked sites were running software with a fix already available.

  2. 02

A backup nobody has actually tested

A backup you have never restored is a guess, not a safety net. If your host is the only copy and something goes wrong, recovery can take days instead of minutes.

  3. 03

    Nobody watching uptime or errors

If your site goes down overnight and a customer finds out before you do, you have lost the sale and some of their trust. Proactive monitoring catches outages in minutes.

  4. 04

    Speed slipping without anyone noticing

Site speed erodes gradually as content, plugins and traffic pile up. Without ongoing tuning, Core Web Vitals drift and rankings and conversions slide with them.

  5. 05

Small fixes stuck in a queue for weeks

A typo sitting on the homepage for two weeks because development is backlogged is a website working against you. A maintenance plan puts a fast-turnaround hours bucket behind every small change.

  6. 06

One untested update taking the whole site down

Pushing a plugin or CMS update straight to production without testing first can break layouts, break checkout, or take the site offline. Every change belongs on staging before it goes live.

What we do

Everything your maintenance plan covers

Every plan is built around the specific needs of your site. Here is what you can expect us to cover, month in and month out.

Why choose us

Maintenance that works while you sleep

Most of our work happens before you start your day. We have monitored, updated and secured production sites for eighteen years, reporting back so you always know your site's health without having to ask.

Get a free site audit
  • Proactive, not reactive

We catch problems before your visitors do. Monitoring, scheduled updates and regular audits mean most issues never turn into incidents.

  • Resolved overnight, your time

Our working day starts as yours ends. Most tickets raised in the evening are closed out before you sit down the next morning.

  • Reports that are actually readable

A plain-language report lands every month showing exactly what was done, what was found and where the site's health stands.

  • A backup before every change

We back up before every single update. If something breaks, we restore in minutes instead of debugging a broken state for hours.

  • Security treated as urgent, always

Security updates are never skipped. Every vulnerability notice gets patched within 24 to 48 hours depending on severity, no exceptions.

  • Performance held steady over time

We check Core Web Vitals monthly and step in the moment scores start to slip, before it shows up in your search rankings.

  • Eighteen years, one team that knows your site

We read the existing setup before touching anything, and we have been doing this since 2008. You are never re-explaining your site to someone new.

  • No task too small to matter

Text changes, image swaps, plugin questions and form updates all come out of your monthly hours bucket, no separate quote for each one.

Client words

Trusted by businesses that cannot afford to go dark

Two years and they have never missed a renewal or let a plugin go dangerously out of date. Our site has had zero security incidents. I genuinely do not think about the website anymore, which is exactly what I wanted.

Practice Manager Healthcare clinic, United Kingdom

We had a plugin conflict that took our checkout down on a Saturday afternoon. They had it fixed within two hours, including a post-mortem report on Monday. That response is why we renewed for a third year.

Marketing Director E-commerce brand, United States

The monthly reports are the most useful part. I can see uptime, speed scores and what was updated, all in plain language. It takes five minutes to read and I know everything I need to know about our website.

Questions, answered

Website maintenance FAQs

How much does a website maintenance plan cost?

Cost depends on your platform, the complexity of the site and how many hours of monthly work are included, so it varies plan to plan. We start with a free audit of your current site and give you a clear, itemized quote before you commit to anything.

What is included in a maintenance plan?

Core and plugin updates, security scanning, automated backups, uptime monitoring, performance checks, a monthly report and a bucket of content-update hours. Exact inclusions vary by plan.

How quickly do you respond to problems?

Critical issues (site down, security incident) are addressed within 2 to 4 hours, day or night. Standard issues are resolved within one business day. Our working hours overlap with US, UK and Canada time zones.

Do you maintain websites you did not build?

Yes. We start with a paid audit to document the current state of the site, identify any existing security issues and establish a baseline. Most new maintenance clients are on sites we did not build.

What platforms do you maintain?

WordPress and WooCommerce are our primary platforms. We also maintain sites built on PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Webflow and static site frameworks. Contact us if you have a different platform.

How often do you update plugins and core software?

Security updates are applied within 24 to 48 hours of release. Regular plugin and core updates are applied monthly after staging testing. We never update production without testing first.

What happens if my site goes down?

Our monitoring alerts us immediately. We diagnose, communicate the issue to you and begin recovery. Most outages are resolved within two to four hours. You receive a post-incident report explaining the cause and the fix.

How do you handle backups?

Automated daily backups are stored off-site. We test restores monthly to confirm they actually work. Before any significant update, we take a manual backup so rollback is instant if something breaks.

What does the monthly report include?

Uptime percentage, response time trends, updates applied, security scan results, Core Web Vitals scores, any incidents and what was done. Written in plain language, not technical jargon.

Can I request content changes under the plan?

Yes. Every plan includes a monthly bucket of content-update hours for text changes, image swaps, new pages and minor layout edits. Larger changes are quoted separately at an agreed rate.

Can I cancel the maintenance plan?

Plans are monthly rolling with 30 days notice. We do not lock you into long contracts. If you decide to manage maintenance yourself, we provide a handover document covering everything we have set up.

Do I still own my website?

Yes. You own your website, your domain, your hosting account and all your content. We access your site to maintain it, not to control it. You can move to another provider at any time.

Ready to stop worrying about your website?

Start with a free audit. We document the current state of your site, flag the risks and recommend the right plan, no obligation to continue.
